This has been for the first time i have been cheated by an online platform called.
Dmire.com. Initially i ordered a backpack and paid an amount of around 3999 through online portal and after the payment they give me a confirmation letter and suggested me to wait for another 30 days for delivery. But now it has been 3 months since i ordered the product and right now they are not at all responding and when i applied for cancellation of the product they are not at all refunding my money i don't know what to do.
