I ordered 2 handbags on 09-sep-2019 from smite.com and done online payment of 1304. My order no is 141020. I didn't received my order till now and they have not returned money. I have contacted several times through online chat with there customer care but they have never responded back. Now there website is also not opening. I would like to claim against this. Please look into the same.

I hereby inform you that I have ordered from website dmire.com on 5th July 2019 vide order id136483, i failed to receive reply even after my several attempts from their system,

I sent them many mails regarding same but there is no response at all,

I will be obliged if you can help me

I got link from Facebook and gone through it. Placed an order #187641. It is almost 45 days but no response from Dmire site. No contact number and send many mails and not received any response
