Dmire — order not received

Placed an order of trolley bags with an order id 185055 on 21/08/2019 and its been more than 30 days (As the company asks to wait for 30 days) from the date of ordered placed, i have not received the order neither the refund as the amount has been already paid.
The customer support chat group is always offline also they have not mentioned any contact number to call. It's a helpless situation.
