Dmire — paid in full amount but order not delivered

I have placed an order of two bag on 24th aug'19 on website dmire but today it's 13th sep and still my order not delivered even through i have made an online payment. They don't have any contact number and only have chat option which is always offline. Even there are two mail ids on which i have complained multiple times but no one is reverting on that please help me in getting my money refunded. I have attached screenshot of my order for your reference.

I had ordered bag order id is 169053 and also paid online the date of order is 3 august 2019 but still I have not received my order. They are not giving any reply of mail. Status still shows order transit. Please help me to get my money back.
