Horrible experience. My internet is not working for almost 10 days these people don't care to help. Customer care always keep me on hold for almost an hour and many times i have to call 3- 4 times a day to talk to customer care. Even after 10 days of my complaint they are not doing anything to help us. Customers care people have no idea when my problem will be resolved. Every time when i call them they just say it takes 4-5 days to resolve. This is so frustrating. I can't work like this during coronavirus. I am stuck as i have already paid these people for three months. And even other times also they just give poor service. Was this information helpful? |
