DNA infotel's internet connection is poor, no denying that. But what is more frustrating, their poor customer service. They tend to provide so called features for logging complaints but they hardly care about customer's troubles. They provide whatsapp feature to log complaint but hardly pay any attention to that. Their customer care numbers are either busy, or switched off. They provide android application to raise complaint but they close those complaints without resolutions or even without concerning you. I have been calling them for 12 days (after trying for countless times) and everyday they promise that engineer will visit your home, but they never do. They don't even reply to your emails ([protected]@dnainfotel.com) for months. In short, very poor customer service and data connection.
