Dna Infotel — very urgent - not getting network for last 3 weeks. mob: [protected]

I am not getting network for last three weeks. I already paid the due amount for three months. During the lock down period, for one month there was no connection even if we paid the money. Now also even after requesting many times, we are not getting the service. We are in need of connection, as the on line classes are going on. We tried many times to get in touch with you through phone, email and direct contact in nallasopara office, but office was closed for last three months, tried in your all numbers, but no response.
