Mysel[censored]DARAPU SIVAKUMAR approached DNA LABS INDIA through online on the date 12/02/2023 and enquired about the STR DNA SINGLE PROFILE TEST and staff of DNA LABS INDIA asked me the reason for undergoing the test. In return I told them that “I got tested the same test in some laboratory in the month of December 2022 and I want to cross verify my genetic profile “. Then DNA LABS INDIA told me the test cost of rupees 10000 and they provided me their sample collection center at Gurgaon, DELHI. On the date 13/02/2023 I went to the said sample collection center and concerned lab technician collected my blood sample. DNA LABS INDIA assured me that test report will be out in 10 days. After 10 days of my sample submission, I called them and they said that as genetic data of 3 genetic markers is not fetching, it will require 7 days more for complete report of 46 STR genetic markers data. On the date 03/03/2023 I got report from DNA LABS INDIA which shocked me because the genetic report of DNA LABS INDIA is completely different from my previous tested laboratory report. Hence, I called DNA LABS INDIA regarding variance in the two reports, and they claimed that their report is accurate and in return DNA LABS INDIA asked me to submit the report of previously tested laboratory which provided me the report for 21 genetic markers. Accordingly, I submitted my previous laboratory report to DNA LABS INDIA. On the next day 04/03/2023 DNA LABS INDIA called me and said that samples were swapped because of client name issue and provided me the new test report. They replicated the common 21 genetic marker data from the previous laboratory and provided me with the new test report of 46 genetic markers and they asked me to submit the sample again in order to confirm the new test report. But I didn’t submit my sample. Later I asked them to give ELECTROPHEROGRAM and paid them rupees 5000. After 7 days they gave me ELECTROPHEROGRAM in which I found the fishy things (No testing laboratory details and its accreditations, no genetic data analyzing software details, no info about test performed timings). Since I got to know myself that my reports are different from the two different laboratories, then how a normal man can find whether the report is genuine or not if he is not getting cross verified from another laboratory. Since DNA will be unique and it cannot be modified and moreover it is once in a lifetime test. I figured out the difference of reports and approached DNA LABS INDIA and in return they gave me a new report after they know my data in the first laboratory report. I am claiming that the info provided by me is strictly true and I have all the call recordings of DNA LABS INDIA staff members and WhatsApp chats and test reports. I am ready to get tested in front of honourable court and fight for justice in this sensible matter as I went through severe mental trauma in these many days.
