I have submitted my blood sample on 18 may 2022 and they are telling me I have to submit sample again on 25 may
Test is nipt test which will provide crucial information about the patient delay in test course major harm. They are being so unprofessional....

I paid 13000 for test. Result I received was not satisfactory. I did ask them the collected sample related details but they are not replying. I think I did waste my money with this fraud lab....

I was done DNA test via swab ..collected and sent swab samples.
Paid amount 13000/ but dnalabs India gives fake report..

Already my wife promised it was not ur son and also tested blood group blood group was not matching..but small chances for first child group ..already divorced and now child in wife's house..so I just samples collected for curiocity..but DNA labs India gives report 99.99℅ possibility...why cheating...

Took my money no result no reply.

I was looking for dna test. I chose dna labs india. They took payment by cheque gave me a bill for 10600/- rs told me to wait. I gave them my email address and my billing address in which they told me they will send a copy of the results. After 6 months of waiting. I called them telling i did not get any mail or email with the results they said they will check and send...

I gave blood sample of myself and my son on 02/12/2017 and paid rs 13000.
They promised reports to be released in 8 days.
I tried to follow up on their site (Using chat) after 8 days. Every time they are telling reports will come in next 2-3 days. Now they even stopped responding.

I need these report critically but they are not providing.

Please do help me urgently with how to get these reports...

Their after services were very bad in term of TAT, they given report more than committed time. in india 16 marker reports is valid but he given only 15 markers. they are also claiming for being a government laboratory but they are not and result has no value in court of law. after sales services are relay poor, they canceled my call...

My 26 thousand was wasted in name of training in a expensive proprietary software which turned out to be very useless, weak and a rip off.
DNA labs India is a forensic testing company in Hyderabad. They do DNA tests. Besides that they conduct training programs in Computational drug/vaccine design. They use a professional software Discovery studio 2.5 which is based in America. They complaint is that they are providing incomplete, incompetent, useless drug design training, taking way to expensive money but do not have legal right to do so as verified by the Indian branch of the software company based in Bangalore. Thus they are charging a lot of money from students while themselves are using freely found pirated version. On top of that the training is third rate. They make fools out of ignorant student who are overwhelmed by the few basic software application which is not up to mark. You would know this only if you had studied computer aided drug design in ur university curriculum like i did. Thus i had high hopes from them but they turned out to be a disappointment. 2There is only one authorized center to train in Discovery studio which is in Hyderabad too. For that you have to call the bangalore office of Discovery studio.
