I am Akshay S and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Doc Sneakers company. I recently placed an order with the company but have had a terrible experience so far. I have tried to reach out to the company regarding a change in the size of my order but have not received a response to my emails. This lack of customer service and support is unacceptable and I am extremely frustrated with the situation.
Furthermore, I have noticed that there are no options available to track my order and I have no information on when it will be delivered. This lack of information and communication is unacceptable and I am becoming increasingly concerned about the status of my order.
I would like to request that someone from the Doc Sneakers team investigates this issue and takes the necessary steps to ensure that I receive the customer service and support that I deserve as a customer.
