I am Akshay S and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Doc Sneakers company. I recently placed an order with the company but have had a terrible experience so far. I have tried to reach out to the company regarding a change in the size of my order but have not received a response to my emails. This lack of customer service and support is unacceptable and I am extremely frustrated with the situation.

Furthermore, I have noticed that there are no options available to track my order and I have no information on when it will be delivered. This lack of information and communication is unacceptable and I am becoming increasingly concerned about the status of my order.

I would like to request that someone from the Doc Sneakers team investigates this issue and takes the necessary steps to ensure that I receive the customer service and support that I deserve as a customer. I hope that this issue can be resolved as soon as possible so that I can have a positive experience with the company.

Its going to be one month but i haven't receive any refund nor any email. rocket Sales Delhi

I had ordered for boston lt/white navy no.8 shoes order no.105851 dated 21st february 2020 cod from shopify of doc martin which i did not like in the end. I wanted to return it and get my money back. They had promised me that they will refund my money in my bank account in a period of 7 days by deducting rs200 but it did not do till now. It has already been 3 weeks but there is no such intimation from them.
Doc martin is such a fraud n loot company that i have come across till now. I recommend everyone not to buy anything from this brand as it is such a loot company.

I have requested for exchange of my boston lt/white green shoe from 8 no shoe to 7 no shoe, my order was picked up but since i never got any response that will i get my shoes exchanged or when i ll get my shoe please let me know i have paid for that shoe atleast exchange it from 8no to 7no or give me refund of my money and please contact me i dont even have any number where i can contact you.

I got delivered my ordered shoes today but i am not at all satisfied wid the product... There is no customer care no available... So i mailed them n still didn't get any response from them.. This is abhishek. Two day ago i have ordered two doc martin sneakers from your site. But i'm not happy with the product as the sneakers i have ordered are not same, the color is also not the same.
