My residential premises Mantri Tranquil Apartments in Bengaluru comes under pin code 560061 as per postal authorities + as per Property Tax department records + as per local Municipal records. However, for some strange reason, as per Doctor C records the pin code is 560062 and not 560061 and for this reason they refused home visit for taking Blood sample although they have provided this service 8 months ago at the same address without such confusion. Unfortunately I was waiting for their technician this morning and they did not even have the courtesy of giving me advance information on visit cancellation. Best part is they are unable to explain how did they provide home visit 8 months back at the same address and today they can’t although the pin code remains the same which is 560061. They are not aware what has changed at their end between earlier visit & now. They can’t explain on what basis they say pin code is 560062 while as per Govt records it is 560061 Was this information helpful? |
