Without our information they have preponed appointment and they didn't attend. After calling technician he said will come back in 1 hr and then onwards Technician didn't lift call and call centre people when I am asking them(little hard) that My father 80 years old is in fasting waiting for technician some of them said we will call back and didn't call and some of them in between call only they disconnected. When I said will do complain they are continuously calling and saying we will take feedback and next time it will not repeat.
Who is responsible for 80yrs old person without having any food waiting for giving tests ?? Please take strict action all recordings are available with them. Someone will loose their life like this. Was this information helpful? |
