I had IVF last year in June at his clinic. First of all they kept on asking for more money the first day I arrived and yet I had paid $1000 in advance. I was not not well monitored and my superovulation was terrible. They adjusted my medicine the last two days. First of all him and his wife would like to know the kind of jobs you do. This is a trick they use all they want to know is your financial position and if you have a well paying job he will make sure your ivf fails so you can spend more money for a second attempt after all they know you can afford more attempts but a doctor should not behave like this. The nurses were more interested on getting the money more than taking care of their patients. All that you read about nurses treating the patients well is a scam. There was a day I wanted to see the Dr and one of the head nurses lied to me that Dr Malpani was in the theatre but I told her I will wait no matter how long it takes. Within three minutes I was told to go and see the Dr in his office, and I felt very bad why the nurse had to lie to me. When I was going through his website I found that the cost of IVF was less than what the dr charged me but did not mind since mine was ICSI and I complained to him only to be told that was a mistake and he was going to change it. My embroyos were transferred less than 48 hours and my partner was not allowed to come in to witness the tansfer even after asking Dr Malpani he said no. I really doubt him 100% and I wonder if he really transfrered any embroyos, especially that I did not have many and I never gave him any option of freezing since I did not trust him with my embroyos I aslo wonder why they take pictures of their patients when they about to do IVF. The only reason I can think of is for him to show patients who want to buy donor eggs since I suspect he is selling his patients eggs. Another thing dont be fooled thinking that Dr Malpni will see you everytime you go to the clinic. The only people you will find are the nurses and Malpani is around only in the afternoon and if you want to see him the nurses will use every excuse to frustrate you and will at times ask you if you have an appointment with him. I ended paying extra money as the nurses came asking for blood tests fee(mind you I had paid for everything as advertised) which was supposed to be inclusive in the package. When you email Dr Malpani if your test is negative after 14 days he will not bother replying.(of course he does not expect a potive result as ke knows what he doing behind the backs of his patients) That is what happened to me and when I sent him another email telling him that I did not expect such from a doctor like him he replied claiming that he replied my previous email. I am not a fool and I am not saying this to bad mouth his clinic but that was my experience and time will tell. Dont be fooled by all the stories he writes in his websites and success storie. Why do you think he advises patients to go for donated embryos? More money for him as it does not cost him anything as he got free eggs and free sperm. His website is for publicity.
