Dolphin Bus Service — dropping point other then booked

Dear sir
Undersigned booked a ticket from cuttack to champa by dolphin bus on 13/05/2019. My ticket no. Is 009647 and seat no is sl-2. But on 14/5/2019 morning at about 8.45 am bus conductor and driver has told me that get down here your dropping point has reached. Then i told him it is not champa where i used to get down regularly. But he told that root is closed and we are not going to champa, then i told him that since long this root is closed and we are regularly coming to champa through dolphine bus only. Three days back also i get down to champa in the morning and picked up the bus from champa at the evening. So telling that we are not going champa is wrong. Then i asked him why you have not told us earlier while booking the ticket or before reaching to the dropping point. But then they keep quite and told me that you pickup bus from here to champa and after getting down i came to know that it is urga approximate 35 km away from champa (Nearer to korba). Now who will give the fare from urga to champa and compensation of harassment at urga to pick up the vehicle.
Your quick response in this matter is required.
