On 23rd july 2016 i was travelling for raipur, but in the morning i had a call from dolphin office that the ac bus not travelling today, so they give a option for travel in non-ac bus or cancel the ticket. so, i choose the second option cancelled my tickets of dated 23rd july 2016 (cuttack to raipur, seat no-15, in ac bus) and dated 24th july 2016 (raiput to cuttack, seat no-19, in ac bus). his staff told me that sir your ticket will be cancelled...

A horrendous journey in Dolphin bus last night from Bhubaneswar to Ranchi with people sitting in the passage on floor and A.C. turned off with foul smell of sweat all around..
