Sir,
I am prashant prabhu account no. 18790 at kulgaon east branch. I went in branch once in a month to update my pass book last four to five monts when i went in branch kiosk printer out of order and i have to wait for more than half an hour in que i am fade up about this incident. Can you tell me how many days you kiosk is working and how many days out of order. Now i have conclusion that i will close my account and goto another bank waiting for your convincing anwer to continue with you bank.
