Hi,
Undersigned has taken RuPay cards for two of my A/C's in DNSB, Gograswadi (E) branch, on 29th Jan 16 @ 10:45 AM.
As per the directions provided the cards were used post 24 hrs from the issued time. PIN was successfully changed.
But till this moment i am not able to withdraw money with my new PIN and receiving msgs on slip from ATM as 1) Daily limit exceeds 2) Transaction disabled 3)Incorrect PIN (even post inserting the correct PIN).
Post dropping a mail to gograswadi branch and whatsapp no, i received a call from customer care and was been asked to use old pin no through which i was able to withdraw money only from one ATM card, other card still shows the above message.
Surprisingly i was been given an option of applying for new PIN no which is not at all acceptable
I am very disappointed with the service provided and the inconvenience caused.
Hope this will be taken into account and proper action will be taken soon.
