I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding my recent order Order ID: 345 placed on 19th January 2025 at 12:10 AM.
Despite the time passed, my order has not been delivered, and I have not received any update or communication regarding its status. Furthermore, I have been unable to reach the store directly, and both the automated chat system and customer care phone support have proven ineffective and unhelpful.
This level of service is extremely frustrating, and I expected prompt attention to this matter.
