Dominoz — Wrong pizza

Order id - [protected] - wrong 2 pizza

I had ordered capsicum and red paprika with videshi hot sause, I received panner and capsicum, full waste Rs 97

I had also ordered sourdough pesto veggie pizza, received on normal bread not on sourdough, red and yellow bell paper were missing, basil pesto was also not there, full waste Rs 419

Need full refund for both the pizza 97 + 419 = 516

Rider did not give the bill, he said forgot at store and told me to download from zomatoe app. I opened pizza in front of rider and told him both pizza are not as per my order, he called store manager KIRAN PRAJAPATI +[protected], he said he will refund the full amount, I called KIRAN PRAJAPATI 7 times but no resolution not even picking call or replying to msg.

Later registered complain with dominoz but dominoz call center team said they will refund amount in wallet only
@dominoz refund me full amount in account, i don't want refund in dominoz wallet. I don't want to order dominoz in future.

Refund me full amount of both pizza in original source of payment or else I will complain to consumer court, I have all recordings
