Domo Slate — Product problem and need to return the amount | |||
Domo slate x 15 product is having the following problems. 1. Camera is not function properly, 2. When switch on the system the screen half a portion is blocked, 3. Keyboard and system connecting cable is not functioning. I talk to domo custmer care those are give the instruction the fedex courrier man come and collect the product in tracking no[protected] dated[protected], and those are send again i received the same product at the date[protected], again i spoke to domo custmer care and booked rma form again the fedex courrier man collect the product dated[protected], tracking no;[protected]. Still nobodies cannot take action to the above problem. I am having all the documents to the transaction. Why i not going legeal issue, but i don't like to continue to this pls as possible as return and refund my amount Was this information helpful? | |||
