Illegal activities again and again

Dated[protected], Received Call from [protected] as fedex courier Service,
as i verified in Truecaller it's showing name as Gaurav prasad, as said that your courier was unable to deliver the parcel due insufficient address,
i didn't sent any courier to anywhere, they were telling that your courier was booked from mumbai,

since a year ago i didn't visited mumbai...

Misuse of my name mobile number and adhaar

Got a call from fedex stating my delivery is sent as a confirmation call. to bring this to your notice that i have not sent any package from mumbai to iran on 31st. someone has misused my details to send this courier.

i live in hyderabad and had mot visited mumbai lately in 3 years, kindly take action and keep my data protected....

I have shared my KYC documents which are front page and back page of Aadhar card. For almost last 10 days I have been harassed by your team. I am writing to express my frustration and seek resolution regarding the repeated rejection of my KYC documents, which I have submitted multiple times. Despite following the instructions provided, my documents continue to be rejected, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

Please provide me with specific reasons for the rejections and assist me in resolving this matter immediately. I would like to escalate this issue to a supervisor or manager to ensure it is addressed appropriately. PLEASE NOTE: If this is not addressed in this attempt I will be taking support of legal route through police and consumer court against FedEx operations.

      I imported my personal like cloths and more belongings worth 300gbp from Uk to India through FedEx from a mediator called parcel hero. I paid shipment charges quoted in parcel hero website. Now I got mail from FedEx stating that I need to pay custom taxes worth 25, 000 Rs. I can't pay this tax for 28kg personal belongings. I want to cancel the shipment and refund my money back or deliver the shipment with no extra cost. As I paid for the shipment I don't want to pay more. When I got the quote, they never mentioned anything like this and now they are asking for taxed and all. tracking number is[protected]

        Fedex company wrongly filed our Tax invoice under LUT instead of IGST paid for the abv said AWB. My gst amount is blocked because of this in customs.
        We have been mailing to your team and also to [protected]@fedex.com but we found there is no proper grievance system in your company forget about solving our issue since last 2 months.

        1) they never acknowledged the issue. Never accepted the mistake that they have wrongly filed, we have given TAX INVOICE which clearly states IGST paid, have sent mail, still they are not accepting their mistake
        2) Also they say SB cannot be amended, which is wrong as UPS has already done an SB amendment to us.
        3) toll free nos are useless as they no authority to solve these issues and nor the fedex exceutive mention phones nos of in the mail signature, so where we can speak ?

        They only give 1 line answer - SB cannot be amended.

          One of my client send me a courier for testing purpose and now it got stuck in Mumbai and I got the below notification while tracking my product

          A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
          Recommended action: Please call FedEx Customer Service.

          I have tried to contact Fedex but no one know which form is required and where I need to submit it.

          We have continuously followed up for the last 5 days, but we are not getting a clear idea when the amendments will be done in the shipping bill & ICE GATE!

          You have wrongly filed the shipping bill considering LUT instead of IGST.

          This is a mistake made by FedEx, if the required amendment is not done at a particular time, we will recover the IGST amount from you!

              I have submitted the KYC documents and it has been Audited

              The customer care executive are not answering properly for not filing the CBE

              Still no idea why they have not submitted the CBE

                Good Evening,

                My name is Danish and this email will serve as a written complaint against Fedex and its employees Ms.Deepti, Ms.Neha and Mr.Shrey Lath, as they have failed to follow up on this case ( Tracking#[protected].

                I have continuously requested them to have my issue resolved but they literally took this matter very lightly.

                Issue:
                My package was shipped from the USA on 03/03/2023 and till today I have not received it. I have been only told that it's with the customs SIIB team and only they can release it.

                I travelled to Delhi from Srinagar on 06/07/2023 to only get this issue resolved ( spending almost 30k ).

                I went to the FedEx Cargo office at Airport and they assured me that this will be released in a few days and my trip to Delhi for this purpose will not be wasted. They only asked me to write a letter to SIIB team of airport customs to have my package released. I wrote a letter to the customs office and left that place.

                But it's a shame that till today neither I have received any call, email or message.

                By doing this act it's very clear to me that FedEx employees who met me at FedEx cargo office near Delhi airport also did not keep their word and fooled me.

                I want the resolution to this matter asap, otherwise I will take this to the court and file a regulatory complaint against FedEx.

                ( Additionally I was only asked to provide the actual invoice of the package and nothing else which I did provide but still my package was not released. Also I had an another shipment coming from the same place in USA with same package material and that was delivered without any issue, that tracking number is[protected], if this package was delivered to me without any issue then why the package under tracking#[protected] has not been delivered yet )

                  Hi, I have send my documents from France to Delhi India as required for visa. It is all documents in envelope and stuck at FedEx New Delhi. Since 15 days they are showing state transit and not delivering. When I contacted customer care.. they told me it is with custom. I asked them I have my important visa appointment and the package is only documents, why custom has not cleared since 15 days. Still they are not clearing and by passing day by day.. please suggest what I can do as it’s very important for my career. Thanks in advance

                    My Package is being held in customs and no answers from anyone

                    I Have called Fed Ex and fed ex trade network many times in the past 3 days but for some reason the agent assigned to my case in customs does not awnser anything or call back. It says that I need to fill out a specialized form/statement form but how can I fill out a form if I don't get a email or what form it is.                       I am writing this email to register a complaint against the poor service provided by FedEx CBE. I have been facing a lot of trouble with the shipment of my product, which reached Bengaluru airport on 17th May. Although I submitted the necessary documents for KYC by20th May & gof aprooved also, it's been a long time now, and my shipment is still not cleared.

                      I have been constantly following up with your customer care executives, but unfortunately, they are unable to provide me with any status update regarding my shipment. They simply say that it is a part of the amendment process and it will take time as it involves paperwork.

                      Moreover, I had also sent the amendment letter from the shipper to your email id [protected]@fedex.com, also called your customer care service and asked them to forward it as it's a product needed for academic project purpose but there is no response from your end in terms of the work . This shipment is very crucial for me as it is meant for academic project purpose, and the deadlines are fast approaching.

                      I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by FedEx CBE, and it is causing a lot of inconvenience to me. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take immediate action to clear my shipment as soon as possible.

                      I hope that you will take the necessary steps to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.
