I sent a package to Bangalore India on 10/27
I have asked for a support ticket to be opened 3x .
I finally got an email today for my support ticket C[protected] Ref-4163
I have never had such poor communication and lack of timely follow up.i sent the request 2 weeks ago. In have emailed back and forth the a FedEx India team over 60x.
No resolution
I didn’t fill out the Commodity sheet — FedEx did, now...

Every time I try to generate an OTP before I can start the process of submitting my KYC by validating the AWB number, e-mail, phone, name and then the CAPTCHA to be able to proceed. Every time I type the CAPTCHA it keeps throwing the following error "Shipment already completed for AWB Number."

It doesn't make sense as my shipment has not arrived and neither have i managed to upload my KYC....

Dated[protected], Received Call from [protected] as fedex courier Service,
as i verified in Truecaller it's showing name as Gaurav prasad, as said that your courier was unable to deliver the parcel due insufficient address,
i didn't sent any courier to anywhere, they were telling that your courier was booked from mumbai,

since a year ago i didn't visited mumbai...

Got a call from fedex stating my delivery is sent as a confirmation call. to bring this to your notice that i have not sent any package from mumbai to iran on 31st. someone has misused my details to send this courier.

i live in hyderabad and had mot visited mumbai lately in 3 years, kindly take action and keep my data protected....

in KYC i have uploaded my IEC - IRJPS6307C, AD code - 6380198 registered on ACCDEL4 and my GSTIN : 03IRJPS6307C1ZT.

Upon import of goods i was asked to present BIS, Bank statement and invoices which were verified by Customs officials.

I Have called Fed Ex and fed ex trade network many times in the past 3 days but for some reason the agent assigned to my case in customs does not awnser anything or call back. It says that I need to fill out a specialized form/statement form but how can I fill out a form if I don't get a email or what form it is. Dear FedEx,

This is in reference to Invoice #: DEL-C-722964 AWB No:[protected].

I surprised to see the Warehouse charge of ₹450 + ₹81 IGST. I didn't ask FedEx to store my shipment in their warehouse. There is no delay in updating kyc from our end. Even, I called FedEx multiple times, to deliver the package ASAP.

I also see an additional section for Fines of ₹1000. I didn't make any request...
