My name is Otema Ali Mahdi a Kenyan citizen residing in Nairobi. I am writing with regards to a parcel sent via your company from Texas USA to Kenya on 1st June 2021. The said parcel was sent by Ms Florence Sandra and was to be delivered to me in Kenya on 2nd June 2021. The parcel tracking number is BA/105XKX/07.
