Dot & Key — Received 35 gm Sunscreen Instead of 50 gm No Resolution Provided

I ordered Dot & Key Vitamin C + E Sunscreen (50 gm) for ₹446, but I received only a 35 gm pack.

I raised multiple complaints via email to [protected]@dotandkey.com. Each time I received only standard “we're sorry” responses. No action was taken, no refund or replacement was provided, and they never gave me any complaint ID.

I’m requesting either a replacement with the correct 50 gm product or a full refund.
