Was awaiting the courier and since i did not receive it called the delivery executive to check as the tracking showed it was out for delivery in the morning. The exec said it can't be delivered today and will be delivered tomorrow. Though this was inconvenient i agreed. But now the tracking says delivery was attempted but the customer requested for delivery on a different day. This is not acceptable. The exec can at least fill the real reason for delay instead of blaming the customer.
