14 days has been passed even after full payment Rs.1454/- neither received the product nor even a single information or update regarding this.
Worst experience ever. Need help .

      Hi,

      I purchased a pet bed chew proof from jaipur online 10th May to salem, Tamilnadu. After payment seller provided tracking number R44777427 dtdc dotzot
      But when I check with tracking number, it shows error and nothing found. I contacted seller and seller also registered complaint. When I asked in dotzot customer care they replied that tracking details are not uploaded by booking branch office and they asked me to talk to branch booking office in jaipur, when I tried contacting they didn't reply and asked me to contact different people everything without providing me parcel details.

        Reaching out as I have tried multiple ways and times to contact dotzot for updates regarding my consignments, It's been 3 weeks and I have yet to get any response.

        Their customers care numbers are not working no response from email as of yet.

        Request to please provide an update as to when it will be delivered, as the parcels have been in transit for more than a month.

                    My parcel AWB [[protected]] showing that parcel is in Jabalpur from 23rd but after that there's no update. Why the courier is not delivering in Jabalpur only. It was urgent parcel which I needed by 25th. Today is 26th Nov already. Kindly deliver my parcel ASAP

                    Still haven't got the product. It's 5days now that the courier is stuck in Jabalpur. Why there is so much delay? Parcel needs to b delivered in Jabalpur only then why the courier company is not delivering it. It was an urgent parcel and it's still not delivered. Disappointed 😞

                      This is the last time I am trying to reach out to the DotZot. I bought a phone from Jai Durga Enterprises and they sent me a Dummy mobile. When I reported it back to the company they arranged a reverse pickup through DotZot. AWB:[protected]
                      DotZot didn't contact me even once and cancelled the pick up by saying that I refused to give the package.
                      If the issue is not resolved by tomorrow, I shall be moving to consumer commission on monday.

                          Very slow courier service ever i seeen slowest then our indian post .indian post is much faster then dot zot pr dtdc .

                          I had complained before delivery of parcel because.dotzot or dtdc service in pathalgaon chhattisgarh (496118) they doesn't delivers parcel even in local areas .i never wants my parcel to come through your courier service .i had faced before

                              We have sent a parcel from Erode to Tirupur. We have trying to track our package in this id:[protected] but couldn't find any details. We need our package to be delivered asap. We are trying to reach customer care but there is no response.

                              We are trying to call customer through call and email. Nothing works out here.

                                In tracking page the status says out for delivery at 10.02am and now the entire day has elapsed and it's 7.25pm still the product is not delivered . Haven't received delivery agent details too. Very much disappointed.

                                    I booked 4 parcels from Patanjali but due to the adamant behaviour of dtdc franchisee all the parcels are being returned to Patanjali’s Haridwar origin from Bhubaneswar stating that receiver refused to take. I got my 13 parcels delivered by xpressbees and delhivery.why dtdc is receiving parcels again and again if it can’t deliver. The franchisee needs extra money. Please take steps to save the prestige of two famous companies
