Dotzot — Damaged courier | |||||
I had ordered a set of flying birds from hbn network and made the payment online on 11 th june 2017. The courier was delivered by your courier on 19th june 2017 at 8.30pm. Awb number[protected]. The courier packet was delivered in very damaged condition, the packet was compressed from all sides, it was soiled and torn from one side also. The contents of the courier were damaged and some of the contents of the packet might also be missing, i could not confirm that as there was no list of contents. The courier boy had handed over the package to my minor son outside the gate of my residence. The contact number of delivery person is [protected]. When i called up the courier person on above number that the package is damaged, he told me to check if all the contents are ok or not and hung up. On talking to the hbn network they are asking to send the damaged product to their address to get a replacement, which will cost me extra or they will refund me just base amount, which is very less than the actual amount i had paid for the entire product.
