[Resolved] Dotzot — delay in delivery/updates | |||
I placed an order and it was shipped via dotzot bangalore on 9/7/19. My awb#[protected] has been in transit since 11/7/19 till now and no further update on it. This is frustrating cause the last location is 8 hours far from my location. How come it take 7 days and counting to reach my local area. I have received no calls no emails nothing. If dotzot aka DTDC is not providing deliVERY SERVICE than why accept the package in the first place and waste customers time. Please shut down your office in Dimapur or update your companies to not accept such orders.. unprofessional and disgusting. No idea how you guys are making profit or still in business.. look at the image below. I am located in Dimapur Nagaland and it's saying I rejected it when the item is still in Assam Guwahati.. how is it possible.. Bloody ###.
