[Resolved]  Dotzot — delivery boy misbehave

Address:DJENA COMPANY, G-195, 2ND FLOOR, SEC-63 NOIDA, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, 201301

We have received the courier on Saturday evening and it is a horrible experience with the courier boy.

He came around 6.30pm and made a call to on my mobile and said “ app ake niche se courier le jao” mein second floor ja nahin paunga.

Where as in address it is clearly mentioned 2nd floor and it was his duty to drop the courier.

Everyday we are getting many courier and your person was most arrogant and he threatened if we shall not pick up from ground floor then he will return the documents.
