There is a bag with docket #[protected] pending delivery to my address. I received a call in the first week of october in the morning stating to me, "i am on the way to deliver your package." after that no one came and i waited upto 6 p. M., called back and the delivery person said "it is raining i will come tomorrow." the next day i called and he said i am on the way. This continued for 1 more day after which no one responded for my phone calls. When i checked on the website, it mentioned as "undelivered due to receiver refused delivery - (Cir)" how can i refuse delivery when i have not received any call regarding the delivery? As of today, i am yet to receive the delivery. I have registered several complaints on the dotzot website but with no luck. Please attempt re-delivery.
