I have booked a parcel and the shipment number is[protected] and my address is udumalpet -642126. But i have received so many messages that the delivery is not possible because receiver is not available. I have track my parcel in your site, it shows that the parcel is not delivered in pollachi area. How is is possible that the parcel to be delivered in udumalpet area and not pollachi area. A mobile number is given by you and i have made calls but it is not responding. Arrange to delivery the parcel at udumalpet immediately.
