[Resolved] Dotzot — dotzot[protected], online complaint numbers 149805, 149873, 149545 . | |||||
My package with tracking id[protected] hasn't been delivered since 29th May. On their website the status shows in transit to Srinagar. On calling them they said the package has arrived in Srinagar. It has been lying in their office since more than 10 days but no delivery has been attempted and also the status hasn't been updated. I mailed them multiple times but every time they give the same response "We would like to inform that, the system has not updated with the current status for the Shipment :[protected] and will get back to you on this before 2 business day." They have been saying this for the past 10 days. They never revert back. I am attaching the screenshots of the emails. The online complaint numbers are 149805, 149873, 149545.
