[Resolved] Dotzot — fake delivery attempt. | |||
Hello team This complaint is regarding order no 12315 which is a prepaid parcel from go desi. I have purchased the product and it was supposed to be delivered today by the agent. When i called the agent he said i left the company 6 months ago and my number is not available anymore, i tried explaining him that the dotzot company provided the details to me he kept on refusing. As per my understanding when a agent picks up a parcel be has full control over the electronic messages. When i tracked the parcel it shows delivery not done because customer not available this is so lame. Plain lie How can a courier company do like this! It's called cheating... Sending out the number of a employee who's left the company six months ago. Sending out a fake sms alert stating delivery will be attempted today and within minutes state that customer is unavailable. Was this information helpful? | |||
