I got the message that cid: receiver not available or out of station, which is absolutely wrong. No one contacted me or visited my place. The address on the package is an office address so it's impossible that they couldn't find it or no one was there to receive it. Also, about the number of courier boy, at first he was not receiving it and after some attempts, it got forwarded to a personal number of some lady. This is ridiculous. Sep 8, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved As they claimed that they deliver it but didn't confirm it from me by a phone call to whom or where they deliver my parcel. When I reached my office on the next working day then our office staff confirmed to me that they got my parcel on Saturday. DotZot customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I got the confirmation message but didn't get the call of confirmation. As I already mentioned that it was my office address and Saturday is not our working day. So the main question is, who received my package and when? The courier boy should at least call me for confirmation before handing it to anyone or have their id or something. So that I get to relax that my order is actually received. But I got no clue who received it until I'll be in the office on Monday. Let's hope that they actually delivered it at the right place.
