Myself asim kajli. I ordered a combo pack of power bank 25000 mah, yearphone, 64 gb memory card by your facebook ad. Today (25.05.2017) i get my order, and when i open my packet i saw that the 64gb memory card is really 8gb momorycard. The power bank is not working properly and doesn't give better backup. So all things are falured and fake. As a gentleman i inform you please return or exchange my order. My order id is 287482 and tracking id is i[protected].

First of all you have not mentioned a valid Airway Bill Number.

However, even if you require to return a product if it is delivered by us, we would require instructions from the shipper.

Therefore we request you to contact your shipper for further assistance.

As mentioned in the earlier email, we require a valid Airway Bill Number to find out the shipper.

We request you to revisit the site where you had placed your order. This will enable you to take up with the shipper directly.

With the limited information which can be viewed in your first email, there is no way we can find out from which shipper you have ordered.

Today (12.02.2018) i get my order, and when i open my packet i saw that the 128Gb memory card was not in that packet. The power bank is not working properly and doesn't give better backup.
