Dotzot — i am complaining about the dotzot delivery boy who charged my mother extra 500 rs in name of shipping charges even when it was included.

Hi, i placed an order with organice and the bill amount was of rs. 3988 inclusive of delivery charges. Since i was out of town i did not know the delivery will be shipped today and only my mother was home so she was first paying as per the bill amount which was 3988 but in name of delivery charges from company dotzot looted my naive mother of additional charges. Delivery boys looting on company names and destroying the brand reputation and cheating consumers.
