Dotzot — I didn't get my delivery even after 5 days that the product was in hub

I ordered a denon sound bar on 20 th actober on vklap so the product reached a hub on 24 th October but still it was in hub, how long it takes to deliver my product from hub to my address, iam not happy with your service
