Late delivery by your employees. And they don't feel any responsibility and timely delivery of products. Delivery from ebayin has been reached at gorakhpur branch on 10am _11december but not any person contactated me about my product reaching to time. I became very hopeless by this courier service. [protected],[protected],[protected]. Please give me updated on these packages. They were supposed to reach today as per the seller. I'm not getting any tracking updates. Why Dotzot so negligent? I ve been checking the update status since the 7th December 17 but no updates to today. You should at least keep the customers updated to avoid panic
