[Resolved] Dotzot — liar and cheat agents making false remarks

Agent called and promised that order would be delivered today. Had to cancel other schedules for the day waiting for this parcel. But some rubbish remark displayed "reciever asked to deliver another date". This is false.in fact i also asked the agent to leave the order with security guard and it was very well agreed and decided to deliver today itself. As mentioned earlier this is a very urgent parcel and i need it asap. Any other alternate place from where i can get this collected. Pl inform Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Worst service i didn't got any call and information from u r side but u guys telling delivery attempted how can u tell this without any information i got delivery boy no. His no. Is keep on switched off but u guys telling delivery attempted his no. [protected] still in switched off please provide proper services

This is in reference to parcel (Tracking no.[protected] from Mumbai, which was supposed to be delivered on 14th.
The package is delayed for at least 3 days now. And tracking details have not been updated since 14th Aug.
I request you to take necessary action.
