[Resolved]  Dotzot — mii 3 band not working

I received an mii3 band yesterday and it was not working.
Help me in returning it get the refund for the order. Is this the way you treat your customers no warranty card and no option available to return the order. Help me out to return the order.

We seen your complaint "DotZot — money return back". As per our process we do not pick up any return shipment without the specific instruction of the sender.

Since the Dotzot airway number is not mentioned we are unable to check.
