[Resolved] Dotzot — misbehaviour | |
Dear all, This is in reference to the delivery boy who delivered my parcel with tracking no.[protected] who misbehaved with me.he abused and used foul language along with blackmail to not deliver orders of mine.even he refused to come at my doorstep. He told me to come 400 mtrs away from my home to receive the order by saying "it's company's policy we can't come to your home for the delivery, it needs to be picked up at a nearby different location"-delivery boy .he even threatened that he would not deliver my order from the next if I complained to dotzot about him and don't give a good feedback of him. Hereby it's very disheartening for us as a consumer if this type of service is received from dotzot's side.These type of people are spoiling the reputation of DOTZOT through their actions. So a strict and harsh action is to be needed against these type of people who harass customers and spoil the reputation of the company. Yours sincerly Was this information helpful? | |
