I have gotten a message saying your package is delivered and there has been no delivery person at my doorstep. I want to know the status of my package and ask why are there no customer care numbers for dotzot anywhere on the website. This is horrible service

Sir I ordered Casio G-ShocknewMT-G connected MT but the watch came analog titan watch I don't know why you people do like this and it came 5days late and I want my money back please refund my money 1800 I paid please refund my money other wise I will give police complaint if don't believe me means I can send u a number of SI refund my money back.

This is my consignment no. I[protected] booked on 15 Oct 2019. But still show status transit and no updation from your end side. kindly update the status whats going on this product. its too much take time if not possible delivery on time cancel that .
