No information made available as to when will the order be delivered. It's my 8th follow up. But no response. Worst agency. I need an update immediately. Awb[protected]. Every time a complaint is raised only an auto response is sent on mail. And nothing is done about this absolutely. Hope this courier service ceases to exist. Firstly your agents are not dedicated . Today also called up but again no revert. Highly draining to deal with you people. Why should we keep following up for this. Instead you must reimburse us for the cost incurred and time consumed to deal with your inefficieny
