[Resolved]  Dotzot — non delivery of order by courier company

My order tracking i'd no is[protected] with dotzot, booked on 27th july from bangalore.
Till 9th august it has not reached to my address at the outskirt of bhubaneswar.
On enquiry over e mail to them, they are falsely assuring for the last seven days that it will reach within 48 hours.
They are a worthless, unprofessional and worst courier service

It is simply unbelievable that a courier company not telling the truth.On 6th August they have updated that it is in transit to my location.Since then they have not updated the status and repeated monotonous reply they are replying me that they are sorry for the inconveniences

Now they have updated latest status as "out for delivery".
Am I to believe that the order which was not moved a single inch after their last update dated 6th August as "in transit", suddenly at 7.25 pm at night it has "out for delivery"?They cannot make fool others except themselves

Today morning dotzot mailed me stating that my order is going to be delivered today.
At afternoon they expressed their inabilty
To deliver it.
Are they in their sense?
