Dotzot — Non-receipt of my parcel and rude behaviour of the representative named Mr. Vinod of Lucknowi

I booked a mobile battery through ebay company on 10th August. I got Track No. as AWB[protected] from DotZot company on 13.08.2016.But, even after lapse of 5 days and requesting time and again to local representative Mr. Vinod (Mobile No. [protected]), the parcel has not been delivered.
