Prepaid parcel was booked on 28 nov. 2018 from origin: kolkata to destination: kahalgaon (Bhagalpur). Till now as on 13 dec 2018 parcel hasn't been delivered. The tracking website doesn't provide update after 02 dec 18. Moreover the courier service doesn't provide any toll free or customer care number for grievance redressal. The number obtained locally at bhagalpur hub is not received by any staff.
