[Resolved]  Dotzot — product not delivered even though address is proper

I have still not received the ordered product. I have the tracking number but in vain. It is showing that the address in wrong or incomplete. But the address and phone number are in tact. It has been 14 days since i have paid in full. The agent number that the courier has sent me is from manglore not dharwad. Please look into the matter or refund the amount. My tracking number is[protected].
