[Resolved] Dotzot — product not delivered i[protected]

Ordered a product online and the courier partner was dotzot.
According to the shipping details the product reached guwahati (My place) 25th april, 2019 and is shown out for delivery on 29th april, 2019.
Though i required the shipment / product urgently, yet i can understand the load might be high so i waited for another day i. E. 30th april, 2019.
Today is 2nd may, 2019, still product is not delivered.
The product is shown out for delivery since 29th april, 2019.
Is this some kind of joke?
