[Resolved] Dotzot — product not delivered order no_[protected] | |||
I ordered a product to be delivered to vasai_mumbai by 3 sept 2019 (Order no:[protected] and tracking id:[protected]. As per tracking information it says undelivered due to customer not receiving. This is completely false and misleading. Dotzot has not contacted me or anyone in my office and has not attempted delivery since the recepient was at office last 3 dats. None of their customer care numbers are working. I have absolutely no other remedy to contact them. Was this information helpful? | |||
