Dotzot — rayban sun glasses

I received rayban sunglasses on 11sept2017, when i opened the parcel i found the the sunglasses are damaged and the product which i ordered is not the genuine one... I tried calling to toll free number to register the complain but no one responding the call... I request the team either to rectify my complaint if not then i have to approach consumer court for further action... I wonder how can this people cheats there customer so openly... I request all my friends never to use such fraud websites... Awaiting for immediate response...
